FULFILLMENT & REFUND POLICY

At WTV360 Media, we are committed to providing our customers with a seamless and transparent shopping experience. Below, we outline our fulfillment policies, including our refund, shipping, return, and cancellation policies.

Refund Policy

Due to the extensive labor and resources involved in executing our marketing services, we do not offer refunds on any of our services. Our work includes, but is not limited to, content creation, image and website development, ad copywriting, API integrations, content syndication, third-party content distribution, paid advertising, backlinking, and other strategies to maximize client visibility and engagement. These activities require substantial investment in time, money, and workforce, making refunds infeasible.

All agreements clearly state that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Depending on the contractual agreement, service commitments typically require a minimum of 90 days, though some contracts may extend to six or twelve months. These details are explicitly outlined in the signed agreements. Clients must provide a 30-day written notice to cancel their services at the end of their contractual term. At the end of each contractual term or agreements automatically convert to month to month agreements. Services will only be terminated after the final payment has been received and the 30-day notice period has passed. There are no exceptions.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All of our services are digital and are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods via mail or courier.

Return Policy

As all our products and services are digital marketing-related, there are no physical goods to return. Once services have been provided, they are non-returnable. Clients acknowledge that marketing efforts and digital strategies require continuous execution and optimization, making returns impractical.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their services only at the end of their contractual period. A written 30-day notice is required for cancellation. Once the final payment is processed and the notice period has concluded, services will be terminated. No exceptions will be made.
